Refund Policy

Clear, fair rules for refunds and cancellations.

1. Overview

We stand behind the quality of our work. This policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Vjaters Systems.

2. Initial deposit

The 50% upfront deposit covers research, discovery and the first phase of design work. If the Client cancels the project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable, as the corresponding time and resources have already been committed.

3. Cancellation by Client

  • Before kickoff: the deposit is refundable minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • After kickoff, before design approval: up to 50% of the deposit may be refunded, based on completed work.
  • After design approval: no refund is available, but deliverables completed to date will be transferred.

4. Cancellation by Studio

In the rare case that Vjaters Systems cancels a project for reasons other than Client breach, we refund any fees paid for undelivered work in full.

5. Post-launch support

The included post-launch support period (30 days for the E-Commerce Platform package) is non-refundable but fully transferable to another project scope if not used.

6. Dispute resolution

If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, please contact us first — we will work with you to find a fair resolution, including additional revisions or partial credit toward future work.

7. How to request a refund

Email info@vjaterssystem.com with your project name and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
